Raspberry Minute has low shipping rates for packages for most developed countries including Canada and the United States.


Returns


If you are not satisfied with the products we have sold to you, please return it within 30 days by performing the following steps. We will help you by making the return process easy and worry free. 

  1. Fill out the online returns form found on your orders page. Click the Return button next to your order. This will help automate the return process.
  2. You will receive an email with a return ID. Make note of the return ID and include this number in the packaged returned item. No orders will be returned without a return ID. If you do not receive a return ID within 24 hours, please email support@raspberryminute.com
  3. Send the item with the return ID to the address below using a carrier that has a tracking number and insurance. We cannot be responsible for damage to the product during transit. We will be happy to return the item if there is no damage.


Notes

  • Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No orders will be returned without a return ID.
  • All returned items must be in the original state with no damage.
